Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients and staff via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues efficiently.
- Document technical issues and solutions, maintaining a knowledge base for future reference.
- Collaborate with IT and software development teams to implement system upgrades.
- Assist users in understanding and utilizing software applications effectively.
- Conduct training sessions for users on new technologies and software features.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software, hardware, and networking concepts.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist users effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Knowledge of utility management systems is a plus.
