Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries effectively and ensure a smooth service experience.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the tech company’s products and services to provide accurate information.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluent in Slovak, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a must.
