The Role

We’re seeking a passionate full-cycle GTM Recruiter to support our Americas Go-To-Market (GTM) organization and scale hiring efforts to the next level.

You’ll execute strategies to attract, assess, and hire best-in-class talent for teams, including sales, sales development, solutions engineering, partner management, and more. If you’re looking to make an impact this is it! You’ll play a key part in building a world-class GTM team, partnering closely with hiring managers, and providing hiring guidance, including coaching on interview best practices.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively source candidates through various recruiting channels including our ATS (Greenhouse), direct sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter), social networks, and beyond
  • Own and manage the entire recruitment process for the full spectrum of Americas sales roles
  • Build close relationships and trust with hiring managers and teams, securing an understanding of role requirements by conducting effective job kick off meetings
  • Be a BeyondTrust advocate, an expert at telling our story and uncovering candidates’ motivators, purpose, and experience
  • Efficiently report on vacancy hiring progress, utilize our ATS system (Greenhouse) to track, schedule, and record candidate journey and feedback
  • Ensure interview panels are well-prepared and deliver a consistent, fair, and exceptional candidate experience. Develop and standardize thoughtful interview processes.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve our recruiting systems and processes, making them more efficient and effective for both candidates and hiring managers.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, within Sales and Go-To-Market functions within the software/SaaS industry
  • You have a knack for building strong relationships and trust with both candidates and hiring managers, enhancing the overall recruitment process
  • Expert LinkedIn Recruiter user and outbound sourcer
  • You’re ready to dive into any task, no matter how big or small, to effectively manage and support the TA team
  • You are highly organized, working with a strong sense of urgency, and can quickly prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Have

  • An analytical mindset and appreciation of the importance of tracking metrics to inform and optimize the recruiting process
  • Experience in educating hiring teams on hiring and interview best practice
  • Experience managing interview processes and scorecards within Greenhouse
  • Talent Acquisition project delivery experience e.g. recruiting events, marketing campaigns, employer branding, D&I
