We are seeking a talented and dynamic International Sales Operations Manager to join our team and drive efficiencies across our international sales operation. As the International Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing SOP’s that ensure the complete and accurate flow of information and inventory between Oura and our key external partners. A critical conduit between our major customers and core internal functions.
What you will do:
- Lead the sales operations function for Oura’s International retail business, taking ownership of all aspects of sales processes, order management, and distributor operational relationships.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of data to create accurate sales forecasts, enabling effective resource allocation and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless order management processes, focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage distributor relationships by providing support and addressing any issues related to orders, ensuring smooth operations and efficient delivery.
- Oversee the entire order-to-cash cycle to minimize delays or discrepancies in payment processing and optimize cash flow for the business.
- Work closely with sales leads to coordinate roadmap strategy implementation across different markets, aligning resources to meet sales targets effectively.
- Identify and work with internal and external partners to upgrade automation to enhance ways of working within Sales Ops, e.g. set up of sales portals and EDI.
- Set KPIs and metrics for order book management and push to pick order processes with fulfillment partners and elevate our operational excellence.
- Aligning with key external partners to establish replenishment models to strengthen key account planning
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (Sales, Logistic, DC’s, Finance & Ops) to build or enhance internal and external processes, analytical reporting, and support systems upgrades.
Requirements

- Detail-oriented approach towards understanding the sales process

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates’ pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Salary range £60,000 – £67,000
