The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join us at DataGrail!

The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for partnering with the Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations to determine strategies for growth, streamline processes, and drive operational initiatives forward. This is a high-impact role with direct access to the revenue lifecycle. This role will work to turn our revenue processes & cross-functional tech stack into an engine that drives predictability and growth. This role will be crucial in our effort to deploy, maintain, and iterate on our GTM motion in order to properly direct sales and marketing resources toward conversion-rich targets and meet revenue goals. The ideal candidate will come with knowledge of operations technology tools, outbound sales programs, accounting & finance processes, and feel comfortable taking ownership of outcomes across diverse projects & deliverables. 

We’re looking for an analytically minded individual who will help us scale revenue operations programs across several teams at DataGrail. The ideal candidate is curious and isn’t afraid to take action without certainty, can synthesize insights from data, and most importantly is excited by the challenge of making a broad impact in a startup environment. The Skill Set:

  • Deliver actionable reporting and dashboarding in tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, and Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Administer elements of a CRM system such as user permissioning, data deduplication, field creation & page/app UI interfaces, and declarative automation processes.
  • Leverage project & time management skills to balance competing priorities and timelines and be able to proactively communicate when timelines and needs shift.
  • Execute with consistency on important business processes with an attention to detail that ensures reliable company reporting and operational cadences. 
  • Growth mindset with bold ideas and know-how attitude to get things done.

Within 90 Days You’ll:

  • Manage aspects of company operational processes such as lead enrichment, territory management, & ARR/contract processing. 
  • Get up to speed on DataGrail’s Salesforce data model & our map of GTM tools, with a basic understanding of how they interact.
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce CRM issues like duplicate record cleanup & automation errors for end-users.
  • Get to know existing reporting structures and the mechanisms by which they are maintained and updated by operations. 

 

Within 180 Days You’ll:

  • Completely own the administration of critical day-to-day operations processes like lead enrichment, territory management, & ARR/contract processing.
  • Tackle larger Salesforce CRM projects like page layout & lightning application UI enhancements & account team data model improvements.
  • Be able to troubleshoot integrated GTM tool issues in systems such as Hubspot, Outreach, Gong, & Planhat.
  • Serve as the first point of contact on ad-hoc reporting & analytics requests.

Within 365 Days You’ll:

  • Play a primary role in the administration and development of DataGrail’s revenue operations systems in partnership with the Sr Manager, Revenue Operations. 
  • Develop and deliver presentations on more complex analytics initiatives to relevant stakeholders on various teams at the company.
  • Automate elements of reporting and systems processes that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of DataGrail’s processes & operations.

 

Please note that the compensation range below is a guideline and final compensation will be based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies.

$90,000$110,000 USD
