Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Proactively resolve customer queries and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to offer accurate assistance.
  • Record and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to identify and implement improvements to customer service processes.
  • Engage in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Share insights and ideas during team meetings to help optimize overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Polish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and an eagerness to learn about a new culture.
