We are currently looking for a Personal Injury Intake Attorney to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering justice and fair compensation to those we serve.

As an Intake Attorney, you will lead the intake team from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for every potential case. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team meets its goals, while also playing a key role in developing and implementing lead generation strategies to drive new business. Your leadership will be crucial in setting the tone for client relationships and guiding the team toward success.

Key Responsibilities

As an Intake Attorney your duties will include, but are by no means limited to: 

  • Lead and Manage the Intake Team: Oversee the entire intake process, ensuring a smooth client experience from initial contact through case acceptance. 
  • Evaluate and Screen Cases: Conduct consultations with potential clients to assess the merit of their personal injury claims and determine suitability for representation.
  • Reporting on Lead and Team Performance: Regularly provide detailed insights into the effectiveness of lead generation and the intake team’s productivity, ensuring that goals are met and opportunities for improvement are identified.  
  • Maintain Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact during the intake process, ensuring timely and clear communication with prospective clients.
  • Optimize Intake Procedures: Continuously review and improve intake processes, making adjustments to ensure efficiency and accuracy, in compliance with firm protocols.

Requirements

  • Lawyer in Good Standing to practice law in state
  • Must possess a license to practice law in CA, IL, NV and AZ.
  • Ideally 5+ years in personal Injury or equivalent role.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures pertaining to personal injury cases
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret and apply legal precedents, statutes, and regulations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
  • Proven track record of successful case management and client representation, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and work as part of a team, including coordinating with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
