Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Outbound Lead Generation Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and driving the growth of our recruitment services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the recruitment industry, with expertise in high-ticket sales and a passion for proactive lead generation. Specifically, this role focuses on finding and reaching out to clients that are online businesses primarily in North America and Europe.
This is a full-time remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective outbound lead generation strategies to attract new clients in the recruitment sector, with a focus on online businesses.
- Identify and research potential clients, targeting online businesses requiring high-value recruitment services.
- Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, social media, and other communication channels to establish contact and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling outreach content and campaigns.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate and detailed information on leads and client interactions.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients to ensure consistent growth in new business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually refine lead generation strategies.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the recruitment industry, with a focus on outbound lead generation and client acquisition.
- Proven experience in high-ticket sales, with a strong understanding of the recruitment market and client needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing lead generation strategies that result in measurable business growth.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
