Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with their inquiries and troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.

• Document all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Requirements

• Fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
