Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Efficiently address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the streaming platform and its features to assist users effectively.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve customer experiences.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on company policies and service enhancements.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly related to tech or streaming, is preferred.
- Familiarity with using CRM systems and support software.
