🚀 What’s the opportunity?
As a Mid Market Account Executive, your role is to power our sales engine and lead the growth of our Mid Market business segment. We take a highly consultative approach to navigating our customers through the buyer journey and acting as their biggest champions on the product side.
🔧 What will you do?
– Sell WorkRamp’s offerings to companies above 150 employees
– Manage your book of business; sell new products and expand existing customers to meet quarterly targets
– Lead account strategy and manage the sales cycle for new business, upsells, and cross-sells
– Aggressively prospect and generate new relationships within account base
– Maintain a data-driven sales forecast and visibility into our revenue pipeline, including updating Salesforce consistently
– Deliver feedback on market trends to the sales and product teams to help drive our roadmap
– Embody team selling: Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Client Outcomes Managers, Sales Management, and C-Suite Leadership to drive deals to the finish line
– Contribute as a high-performing individual to a supportive team.
💡 What experience/skills/attributes do you need to have?
– 3-7 years of closing experience (SaaS experience preferred) with a demonstrated track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets
– Strong desire to work in sales at an early-stage startup
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with executive buyers
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Self-drive and effective time management in a fast-paced environment
– Coachability, you seek out and are open to implementing feedback consistently
– Student of sales; a genuine curiosity and “always be learning” mindset regarding the sales profession
– Resourceful and solution-oriented; you go over, under, around, and through obstacles to achieve success.
