Role and Responsibilities:
Delighting new and existing customers through the efficient implementation of Panaseer modules and features.
- Champion the Panaseer product to educate and guide our customers within the scope of work for each module
- Manage and drive efficient, consistent module delivery
- Increase profitability through optimised, predictable, scalable module implementation
- Enable and inform Panaseer to pursue constant product improvement, inspired by the voice of the customer
You will be managing some members that are based in the US and therefore some flexibility on working hours may be required to support multiple time zones.
Requirements
Who you are:
You will have experience with:
- Managing a team of Implementation Engineers (or similar); providing coaching and mentoring to grow your team members professionally
- Building engaging partnerships with customers at all development stages; implementation, onboarding and adoption
- Problem solving to identify root causes and lead on fixes to technical issues
- Working with technologies such as Hadoop, Snowflake, AWS, Git, NiFi and Unix / Linux environments
- Rolling out improvements to drive more optimal delivery
Desirable skills:
- 2-3 years’ experience in building, managing and leading teams
- 8+ years of experience in customer delivery, technical delivery or software development
- Strong SQL and data analysis experience
- Ability to lead, own and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong customer facing and relationship building/collaboration skills
