Responsibilities
- Analyze reports and flag suspicious activities to prevent fraud in customer transactions.
- Provide exceptional support to customers in German during their inquiries related to fraud prevention and security measures.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop strategies for effective fraud detection and response.
- Keep detailed records of investigations and customer interactions in the company’s database.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices for fraud prevention.
- Actively contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance fraud prevention strategies.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive customer information.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify patterns of fraudulent behavior.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Knowledge or previous experience in fraud prevention or security is an advantage.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis software.
