Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging enterprise clients, crafting tailored sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. You will serve as a strategic advisor to prospective clients, designing solutions that impact business performance.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through multithreaded engagements, including C-level executives. You will craft and deliver high-impact presentations, and clearly communicate complex business solutions in a persuasive and compelling manner.

Key aspects of the role:

  • Proactively build and maintain a healthy pipeline by engaging enterprise clients through networking, events, cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc. 
  • Design a consultative sales process through a deep understanding of the prospective clients’ goals and challenges. Educate on Mursion’s value and establish yourself as a strategic advisor.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives and influencers. Multithread across an organization, understand organizational structure, decision makers, and buying process.
  • Craft and deliver compelling, high-impact presentations tailored to senior executives, including C-suite. Leverage storytelling skills are necessary to clearly communicate complex concepts, business cases, and solutions in a concise and persuasive manner.
  • Maintain strong organizational systems including strong data hygiene and accurate forecasting.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to achieve sales goals; collaborate with Engagement Managers to support and set expectations for customers.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets through strong deal management.  Lead the negotiation process, including pricing and contract terms. Partner with internal teams, such as legal, finance, and implementation. 

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

  • Minimum of 10 years sales experience, with 5+ years of quota-carrying, enterprise sales experience.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Experience leading and closing 6+ month, multi-buyer, $500k+ deals. 
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with and selling to HR Executives (CHRO, CLO, CPO, etc.)
  • Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills for executive communication. 
  • Experience using a CRM (Hubspot is a plus) to manage sales process
  • Self starter that is process driven, organized, and can be agile in a startup selling environment 
  • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time 

Compensation and perks: Salary commensurate with experience.
