The Role:
As a Digital Analytics Consultant, you will:
- Manage multiple client relationships, understand their objectives, and develop KPI frameworks to align analytics solutions with their goals.
- Lead advanced implementations of Google Analytics, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and develop technical requirements for web and app analytics systems.
- Audit and troubleshoot existing analytics configurations, providing reports with actionable insights.
- Educate clients on best practices for online measurement, campaign tagging, and other technical aspects of digital analytics.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and data analysts to ensure seamless data tracking and actionable insights.
- Support clients with ad-hoc digital analytics requests, documenting inquiries, and ensuring successful project execution from start to finish.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, actively participating in documentation, ongoing education, and other initiatives that drive InfoTrust’s overall success.
- Continue learning and growing in the dynamic field of digital analytics, championing education for both yourself and your clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- At least 1 year of experience in a consulting role, working directly with clients.
- Experience building Google Analytics measurement strategies and working with Google Analytics for Firebase (experience with Adobe Analytics is a plus).
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.
- Strong communicator with proven experience collaborating with clients and partners to solve complex business and marketing challenges.
- Flexible multi-tasker who can manage multiple projects independently and as part of a team.
- Self-starter with a passion for digital analytics and helping clients succeed.

Bonus Points:
- Experience with dashboarding tools, such as Looker Studio or PowerBI
- Comfortable with technical concepts such as Cloud Systems, Tag Management, and Data Privacy
- Experience working in a consulting environment that supports Fortune 500 Marketing organizations.
Location:
Returning to the office is optional for our employees in Cincinnati or Chicago. We are also open to fully remote candidates based in the US. Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
