Role Overview:
As an Account Manager Coordinator at Pearl Talent, you will play a vital role in supporting our Client Success Team. You’ll work closely with the Account Manager to ensure effective management of client accounts while also handling various administrative tasks. This position is perfect for an entry-level candidate eager to learn and contribute to our mission.

Your efforts will help maintain healthy client relationships, enhance operational efficiency, and support the growth of Pearl Talent by ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support
- Assist the Client Success Team in maintaining healthy accounts and fulfilling all client interactions.
- Support client retention strategies, including managing referrals and tracking account progress.
- Administrative Tasks
- Handle scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
- Manage inboxes and project management tools to ensure timely responses and follow-ups with clients.
- Project Coordination
- Assist with ongoing projects, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of client accounts to monitor health and flag any issues.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with team members to support the Client Success Team in various ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and accept feedback openly.
- Proficient in coordinating schedules and managing multiple priorities.
- Eager to learn and grow within the company.
Nice to Have:
- Experience using Clickup, Notion, and Canva.
- Experience managing projects and working with project management tools.
