We need an English-fluent Account Manager, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Setup Kickoff calls and review the onboarding document.
• Administer Client Intake Form and Activation Forms.
• Receive and organize client-provided assets.
• Gather assets and work with the Project Manager to build out the project plan.
• Manage client communications via Slack and email.
• Provide updates on project/task status, completions, roadmap, and performance metrics.
• Administer revisions, questions, and requests from clients.
• Manage internal team communications on Slack.
• Take call notes and develop action plans.
• Assign campaign performance and optimizations from team leads as necessary.
• Foresee client needs and present upsell opportunities to the sales team.
• Scan marketing campaigns, gather KPIs, and assess performance.
• Provide remarks on data and create biweekly client performance reports.
• Audit marketing campaigns, gather data, and analyze results.
• Create, assign, and track task completion.
• Communicate with task assignees and ensure client task due dates are met.
• Maintain full awareness of task and project status to communicate updates with clients.
• Help write project and creative briefs.
• Oversee App Store page design and copywriting.
• Work on web and landing pages.
• Conduct competitive research.
• Manage social media ad campaigns.
• Collaborate on email drip campaigns with team specialists.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in account management within agencies or consulting services
• 1+ years in digital marketing for mobile apps
