What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will support all aspects of our owner’s financial statement process, including new asset setup, statement generation, and issue resolution. They will have a natural passion for numbers and problem-solving while taking pride in their strong attention to detail. This person will effectively communicate across multiple business units, while supporting the optimization of department policies and infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with the monthly owner statements process by performing statement audit/review
  • Support and collaborate with important internal stakeholders, like Operations, Real Estate, Legal, Owner Relations, People, etc.
  • Answer internal accounting and financial inquiries by researching and interpreting data
  • Reconcile 1099 information and review annual 1099 reports for all owners
  • Support the year-end owner statement audit and quarterly reviews.
  • Demonstrate aptitude and ability to support team members in a timely manner through various rounds of venture funding
  • Deliver a high level of service managing incoming owner relation inquiries from our property owners regarding ticket needs, complaints and other issues
  • Help implement employee policies and procedures

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of accounting and/or finance experience, preferably in a public organization
  • Netsuite experience preferred
  • Experience with interdepartmental collaboration and issue resolution 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Google Sheets & Google Docs)
  • Analytical with well-developed problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent self-management skills, and the ability to prioritize and deliver work to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

Compensation

  • $40,00-50,000 USD annually, paid twice per month – dependent on experience & location
  • Flexible workplace – work from anywhere outside the US
  • We are a hospitality company so we support our staff and guests 7 days a week. This role will require approximately 40 hours of  work per  week on a 5-days on, 2-days off schedule. Primary hours are Monday through Friday during US business hours.
