We are currently seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving partnership strategies and initiatives to accelerate Tava Health’s growth and expand our reach.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic relationships with health plans through identifying opportunities to maximize referral pathways.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain relationships with health plan partners and care navigation teams within those health plans.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with Tava Health’s objectives and ensure a win-win outcome for all parties involved.
  • Serve as a thought leader and advocate for Tava Health in the mental health industry, representing the company at conferences, events, and industry forums.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Tava Health’s products and services, and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential partners.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in health plan sales preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing health plan sales or other relevant organizations.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and identify partnership opportunities that align with business objectives.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results, with a strong sense of accountability.
