Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking gamers, assisting with inquiries related to games, accounts, and technical support.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly resolving issues and providing insightful guidance.
- Collaborate with the gaming team to stay updated on the latest game releases and features.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system for efficient follow-up and quality improvements.
- Engage in team discussions to share customer feedback and contribute to enhancing gaming experiences.
- Participate in training sessions to improve both product knowledge and customer service techniques.
- Build strong relationships and engage with the gaming community to foster brand loyalty.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- A strong passion for video games and an understanding of gaming culture.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on providing a top-notch customer experience.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
