Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user-generated content for compliance with community guidelines.
• Provide constructive feedback to users regarding their content.
• Ensure the safety and integrity of the online platform by flagging inappropriate material.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high content standards.
• Stay informed about trends and changes in community guidelines and content standards.
• Document moderation actions and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in training to enhance moderation skills and develop a deeper understanding of the platform.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a critical eye for quality content.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong ethical judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
