Responsibilities
- Offer exceptional technical support to Dutch-speaking clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in technical support or a related field is advantageous.
