This is a core company project that will provide the main revenue source for the company and community. The work that you do will shape how Unsplash grows, how we support the site, and how we support our community of photographers.

Your Next Challenge:

  • Working with our ad team for pre-sales activities like assisting sales with RFP response and media plan processes, asset facilitation and inventory management, develop marketing/activation ideas to enhance proposals, and aid in strategic proposal development
  • Translate brand campaign goals into effective campaigns that can be run on Unsplash
  • Campaign management – Lead day-to-day communication with clients to ensure seamless execution, Set up campaigns in Unsplash’s systems, Partnering with 3rd party measurement providers (like Kantar) to set up research studies, and Monitor delivery/pacing
  • Conduit of sales for cross functional support. For example, Legal, and Finance teams which includes Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, Revenue Accounting, etc.
  • Ongoing communication with existing and potential native advertising partners
  • Support Salesforce pipeline management. Foundational understanding of Salesforce is essential.
  • Create new Salesforce Contacts
  • Raise Salesforce Requests to initiate and support workflows such as Partner Portal Services – New agreement/customer account setups, Return/Cancellations, Invoice/Credit Memo Copy Requests, Invoice Header updates, Customer name changes, Proforma invoices, Credit Initials, Credit Limit Increases, Credit Transfers, other ad hoc customer support requests
  • Attach supporting documentation to customer accounts and requests.
  • Managing creation of Sales Orders through the Partner Portal – Partner Portal Sales Report uploads for NATIVE, DIRECT, ASSIGNMENT, and API billing. Reconcile agreements/IOs to respective sales orders to assist with customer account inquiries including credit and rebills.

What You Will Need:

  • 4+ years in a client support position (Customer Service, Account Management, Account Service).
  • 2+ years working with Salesforce.
  • Organized and process-driven
  • Experience creating or managing advertising campaigns for medium to large brands
  • Excellent email and video communication skills, responsive
  • Independent, works well autonomously
  • Ability to multitask
