What we are looking for:

We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Sales Projects Specialist to join our team remotely in Cyprus, focusing mainly on the Cyprus Real Estate market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining communication with Real Estate developers and agents, interacting with them for daily tasks and projects, uploading, handling and making sure content is of high quality ensuring that all tasks are efficiently delivered on time.

The key person will be operating under the Commercial and Operations departments for various tasks ensuring the smooth working progress of both parties and will be the main contact person between Bazaraki and Real Estate Business Partners for the assigned tasks and responsibilities. The Sales Projects Specialist will be responsible for providing expert consultation to our business partners and growing our company’s business via this role. The role requires a balance of speed, critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and background in sales administration/consultation.
Direct reporting to the Commercial and Operations Teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact Real Estate Developers and Agents: Proactively reach out via email and phone to request project brochures, floor plans, and other essential marketing materials for new property developments.
  • Upload Property Listings: Gather, organise, and upload property information, including individual units, pricing, and relevant project details to the company website with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
  • Manage Relationships: Build and maintain strong working relationships with developers, agents, and other key stakeholders to ensure timely access to property information.
  • Follow-up and Communication: Ensure regular follow-ups with Real Estate professionals to acquire necessary materials and resolve any delays or issues.
  • Tech-Savvy Operations: Utilise technology to streamline the process of data entry and ensure the website is up to date with the latest property listings.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all property information is uploaded correctly, including pricing, descriptions, images, and project specifics, and is visually appealing to website visitors.
  • Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Address any inconsistencies or missing data in project brochures and communicate with developers to resolve issues.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, such as CRM updates, data entry, and managing projects’ timelines.
  • Reporting and Record filing: Create and maintain specific reports and record spreadsheets, google slides presentations and docs based on the needs of the Commercial & Operations departments.
  • Sales-Oriented Background: Apply your understanding of sales processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of communications with developers and agents, ensuring a consistent flow of new projects and tasks.
  • Sales specialist consultant: Have the ability and mindset to utilise all available information in order to grow company’s business via proposals to business partners for more efficient usage of company’s services and tools and how these can increase leads and ROI.

Required Skills:

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with developers and agents professionally.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong digital literacy with proficiency in using online platforms, CRM systems and data entry tools. . Very good experience in using G Suite, Zoom and other digital tools and software.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to solve problems, streamline processes, and anticipate challenges in gathering and uploading property data.
  • Sales Administration Background: Previous experience in sales administration or similar roles within Real Estate, marketing, or property management.
  • Sales Consultation Background: Previous experience in sales  or similar roles within Real Estate, or property management.
  • Self-Motivated & Organised: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Real Estate coordination, sales administration and consultation.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English language, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and web-based data entry platforms.
  • You must have a car. We reimburse fuel when the car is used for business purposes.

This is a permanent full-time position working the core opening hours of the business, Monday-Thursday 9am-18pm, Friday 9am-16.00pm. It is a Cyprus-based job and you can work remotely from home in Cyprus. Physical meetings with the Bazaraki team are often and mandatory. Physical meetings with clients may be needed. Extended working hours will be sometimes required according to business needs.
