Coupa is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join the Integrated Marketing team. This role will report to the Director of Integrated Marketing and play a crucial part in supporting Coupa’s pipeline and revenue goals.
What you will do:
- Drive the generation of high-quality leads through various channels, and partner with sales development and marketing operations to ensure sales teams are converting leads into qualified pipeline for new logo acquisition within North America
- Execute innovative demand generation strategies across a variety of channels including, email, webinars or virtual events, content syndication, and other 3rd-party programs
- Utilize data and analytics tools to measure program effectiveness, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide consistent reporting to stakeholders
- Use a “test-measure-learn” approach to iterate and optimize programs and results
- Implement lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel, ensuring a smooth transition from awareness to consideration to purchase
- Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Customer Marketing teams to ensure successful execution of demand gen programs
What you will bring to Coupa:
- 4+ years of B2B enterprise software experience in growth marketing or demand generation
- Experience in marketing to Procurement or Supply Chain personas is highly preferred
- Experience with funnel metrics and levers to move the needle on generating qualified leads and accelerating pipeline velocity
- Data and metrics-focused, and experience with various MarTech solutions: Salesforce.com and Marketo experiences are required; Business Intelligence (Tableau preferred), Sales Engagement (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator preferred)
- Self-motivated and resourceful, ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a growth mindset, and the agility to adapt in response to evolving opportunities
- Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priorities
