Who You Are 
We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring Ontic to meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our clients and our internal teams to ensure that the software is configured correctly and to the client’s specifications. You will be responsible for testing and validating configurations, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any configuration-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and configure the software to meet those requirements.
  • Validate and test configurations to ensure that they are working as intended.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any configuration-related issues.
  • Work closely with our development and product teams to understand the software and how it can be configured to meet client needs.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and proactively recommend solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Partner with Knowledge Management to develop and maintain internal and external training materials, including product guides, FAQs, and best practices
  • Support Sales as needed with custom prospect requests, workshops, or trials

Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Computer Science, or Communications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer experience, client implementation, or related roles
  • Strong project management and organization skills, with the ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a strong sense of adaptability and problem-solving in a fast paced environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software platforms
